You get a public booking page where customers can book directly. Before each call, Jiviq prepares a brief with everything relevant about that customer — past conversations, open questions, feature requests they've filed. After the call, it extracts action items and drafts your follow-up.
What is Customer Context?
Customer Context is Jiviq's unified customer timeline — a single view of every touchpoint with a given person: chats, emails, meetings, forms they've submitted, and features they've requested. It's not a CRM in the traditional sense. It's the full picture of the relationship, updated automatically.
How does jiviq learn my voice?
Every time you send a reply — whether in chat or email — Jiviq learns from it. Over time it picks up how you explain your pricing, how you handle objections, and how you communicate with your specific customers. Suggestions improve continuously and never need manual configuration.
Can my clients self-schedule meetings?
Yes. Your booking page is public and ad-free. Clients choose from your available slots, and the meeting is added to your calendar automatically. No back-and-forth.
Can I track feature requests by customer?
Yes. When a customer requests a feature — in chat, in a form, or during a call — Jiviq logs it and links it to their profile. You can see which customers are waiting for which features, which helps prioritise your roadmap around real demand.
Does jiviq integrate with my existing tools?
Jiviq is designed to replace most of the tools in your stack rather than add to them. For tools outside its scope, we support webhooks (compatible with Zapier, Make, Pabbly) and have a roadmap of direct integrations.

We offer a 30-day free trial with full access — no credit card required. After the trial, you move onto a paid plan. There is no permanent free tier.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel any time from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer startup or early-stage discounts?

What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data before you cancel. Your data is yours — we don't hold it hostage.
How is my data secured?

Is jiviq GDPR compliant?
